PT: Pelo terceiro ano apresento-vos o ORPHANS YOGA NATALÍCIO, uma tradição que tenho mantido desde que me tornei uma professora de jivamukti yoga. Porque alguns de nós não têm família ou não a têm por perto, porque esta é a altura do ano em que precisas de praticar mais, junta-te a mim para uma aula de yoga em que vamos reflectir sobre o ano que tivemos e criar uma intenção para o próximo.
