Join Lisa on this night of Food and Mindfulness: we will meditate, debate and of course eat!
What is Mindfulness? How are we using meditation as a way to focus our awareness? And how the hell is that connected to food?
Eating is part of our every day routine and no other daily action reflects our mood and personal state of mind better than our eating habits. Stress, anxiety, happiness, they all have a direct influence on how and what we eat. On the other hand, what we eat can also effect our mood. How else could we think that eating chocolate is making us happy?
Get some insights in your food choices, eating patterns and why mindfulness should be the main ingredient of every meal.
We will start the night with an introduction to Mindfulness, followed by a group meditation and a 3-course vegan dinner (menu to be announced).
