Hatha Yoga is the practice of balancing the solar and lunar energies within us. The practice combines asanas (postures), pranayama (breathwork), meditation and relaxation.
Through mindful sequences inspired by the flowing movements of Vinyasa Flow, whilst maintaining the benefits of longer holds, key to Hatha Yoga, the practice will help you find space and freedom in the body, stilling and calming the mind, as well as relaxing the nervous system.
Join Faye Cawley (Shanti Niwas) on the mat and be guided back to yourself, reconnecting with the peace that lies within and remembering the essential goodness that is our true nature.

Faye first started practising yoga for its physical benefits five years ago, but it is the impact that it’s had on her life off the mat that has kept her coming back. After taking a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training course in India Faye came to Portugal to teach yoga. She fell in love with Portugal and decided to stay, she is now located in Lisbon where she teaches yoga at Foodprintz Cafe & is available for other classes, events and privates. Check her website HERE
