Erin is a yoga teacher from Los Angeles, California. She started her yoga journey in her early 20s and has spent the past decade traveling the world teaching and learning about yoga, meditation and healing therapies. She passionately believes yoga and meditation can change people’s lives and hopes her students leave class feeling a little lighter, centered + connected with themselves and the world around them.
Class description: 75-minute Strong + Slow Hatha/Vinyasa class
During the classes we will focus on:
▻The Breath to calm the mind and keep us anchored in the present moment
▻Asana (Yoga Postures) – we will hold postures + flow to strengthen the muscles and create a healthy sweat for detoxing
▻Stretching to lengthen the muscles and any other tight areas of the body
▻Relaxation + Meditation to help us feel more centered, grounded and clear
